"De Boeremet" (Farmers Market), Brussels' healthiest place-to-be, is to be found in Cureghem
For the best of market produce, there will only be one address from 1st September onwards: "De Boeremet", a recently taken new initiative from Abatan.
If you are a true lover of fresh vegetables or special fruits, if you like fine cheese and prime cuts of meat, seasons or regional products, special drinks and healthy delicatessen, ours will be your place to be.
Every first and third Thursday of the month
"De Boeremet" is organized twice a month on our well-known market hall, situated at the Anderlecht slaughterhouses (Abattoir). Some thrirty local producers/traders will present their produce for tasting and, obviously, for sale.
This exceptional location, together with the charming atmosphere created by such a traditional farmers market, will offer an attractive alternative for late after work shopping in an agreeable, distracting ambiance. Parking your car on our market grounds is for free.
